Role Purpose

The candidate will work as an application support during working hours and oncall and will:
Solve technical issues (global and individual),
Be responsible for technical reviews, upgrades, service restoration, integration with back-ends and maintaining system’s security.
Be responsible for system deployment.
Experience in one or more from (Siebel CRM, Provisioning, IVR and POS)

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

Demonstrates ability of team work, flexible, take initiative, set plans and executes them in addition to problem solving,handle multiple tasks/priorities
Excellent Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities.
Ability to solve critical issues.
Expert level in using customer care systems
Very Good Analytical and reporting writing skills
Very Good Presentation skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

Programming experience
Shell Scripting
Java
Unix and Linux
Oracle database

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or computer sicence or any relevant education.
0 to 3 years of experience.
