Job Title and Purpose
Job Title: Project Warranty Manager
Purpose of the Job
Manage Reliability Growth and overall Warranty activities.
Monitor Problem Solving in coordination with all the project team members.
Once a solution is defined gives instruction to warranty implementation or maintenance teams to implement corrective actions
Position in the Organization
Hierarchical Manager: Country Service Manager
Network & Links; Internal:
Internal: Project Manager, Project team and Platforms team.
External: Customers & External suppliers.
Availability & Reliability as per contractual terms and condition.
Problem solving reactivity.
Monitor project reliability performance.
Analyze and identify gap between reliability and contractual or agreed target.
Implement reliability Growth plan.
Ensure failures quality data captured are pertinent and relevant for reliability growth improvement.
Support REX consolidation from project for the platform.
Evaluate the impact of the modification on the reliability.
Manage problem-solving action by coordinating the actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project
i.e. (PrEM, PrIM and PrSM)
When corrective solution is known and validated, request service team to perform the corrective actions
Electrical Engineering Degree.
Strong knowledge of signaling business process, good knowledge of Telecom. and MV Power systems.
Behavioral Skills / Competencies
